The result of NEET UG test for Medical 2019 was declared on 5th of June,2019. The cutoffs were then released according to the requirement of Government colleges in particular states. So you have scored 542 in your NEET UG Test of 2019. The cutoff percentile for Open Category is 50 percentile while OBC/SC/ST category candidate's cuttoff is 40 percentile.
Now as I have mentioned above that the cutoffs for medical at Goverment colleges differ state to state. All India quota is 15% and State Government Quota is 85%.
As you have scored 542, you are eligible for Dental course at any of the Government College in any of the states whether you are of any category (all categories with ~542 score are eligible for dental).
