As per last year cutoff Government Medical College, Khandwa college was alloted  with the minimum  marks of 493 and rank of 24398 under general category so with your marks secured you have decent chances of getting a seat in governemnt medical college. Cutoff changes every year and it is difgicult to give you exact chances.
