Hello Aspirant,

I am sure you will be glad to know that you have decent chances of getting chemical engineering in Haldia Institute of Technology if you are expecting your rank around 15000.Last year(2019) general candidates with rank around 19000 got chemical engineering in haldia institute of technology.
