yes you can get admission into Btech field. Most possible option will be private engineering college.

government college and universities may have eligibility criteria which might be above 64. you have to check it out and apply accordingly.

You can't apply for any NIT or IIT or IIIT campus as minimum required percentage is 85% which is lowered to 80% for current year.

Nothing to worry. private college perform well these days to improve market value. you can search for best college options based on your JEE mains score or state engineering exam score.
