With a domicile of vigar u need a min. Of air(12200) for UR, 14000 for obc, 23000 for ebc, 80000 for SC/ST to get admission in any given college.

That's a decent score. Mostly looks a YES. Even though the cutoff is expected to rise this year, I guess 554 is a par score. Still wait for the state merit ranks to be displayed. You may not get the best college which people aim for but may surelt get a government college.
