I assume you belomg to general category as ypu have not mentioned.
As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With general category and 557 marks, you have some chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state through state quota.
Some of the colleges you might get-

• Government Medical College, Thrissur-previous cutoff:561
• Government Medical College, Manjeri:558
• T D Medical College, Alappuzha:558

However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
