If you want to get seat in a college with fee up to 20,000 then you should get admission in Government institute. To get admission in a Government institute you need to secure a rank under 10,000 if you belong to general category or if you belong to reserved category you need to secure a rank in between 10,000-30,000 depending on your category. With 55,000 you do not have chances of getting seat in a top college with fee under 20,000. Considering the cut off in 2019 assuming that you belong to general category you have chances of getting seat in the following institutes

Cut off may increase or decrease depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
