Hello,
I'm sorry to say but for 30k rank you wont be able to get Agriculture, Veterinary or Horticulture even if you belong to reserved category. Since you haven't mentioned your caste let me briefly tell you your possibilities. If you belong to reserved category then you have good chances for B.pharmacy or pharm.D. If you belong to BC, then you can get pharmacy but not in top colleges. If you belong to OC then I would suggest Bsc for you.
And yes, you qualified eamcet so you are eligible for counselling. All the best!
