You have very low chances of getting a seat in government colleges. But being from category, you have fair chances. Just go for the JOSAA counseling and the CSAB spot round . All the best..

Sorry to disappoint you that 56 percentile is not enough to get admission in any government college
Either it may be iit or nit
You have a chance to get admission in private college
Education quality may vary..but it will be fine
