JOSAA is the counselling body for colleges like NITs, IIITs, CFTIs, IITs. Punjab engineering colleges have diferrent board for counselling.

Based on 2018 JOSAA last round cutoff of PEC you won't get any branches because the closing rank was 61909 Materials and Metallurgical Engineering for home state candidate. Based on your percentile your rank would be somewhere around 75,000-80,000. So, you won't have a chance.
