Since you did not mention your category, I am assuming you are of general category.

For admission to CMC, Vellore you need to apply to the Tamil Nadu Selection Committee for admission to MBBS under Management Quota in Self Financing Medical Colleges. For admission to CMC, Ludhiana you need to apply B Farid University of Health Sciences ( Punjab State Counselling Authority ). Last year the cut off was 545 for open category, so you have decent chances of getting as seat there.

Keep in mind that cut off varies every year.

Hi, in CMC total 100 mbbs seats are thereout of which  16 are open seats and 84 sponsored seats . These 84 seats are for those who have served the institution for more than 10 years . So according to that last year least marks to secure a seat in CMC Vellore under state quota was
Under Institutional quota 439 marks
Under management quota 269
And general 465
So according to that you have fair chances if you have  Tamil Nadu domicile.
Remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
