As you have mentioned that your neet score is 560 marks, which indeed is good score, you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, with 560 marks you may surely get a seat in guntur medical college. With these marks you can also try for mbbs. If   you  fall under general category then its somewhat difficult to get mbbs else you would get that!!!
