Last year the opening marks for mbbs in mp under state quota were 493 for general category.  So you can get a good college with your marks.

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 563, even if it is general, you can get a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 493 was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical college, Khandwa I'm general category under the state quota. but, scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
