yes you can get admision in any branch in  Ramapuram Campus,Vadapalani Campus .

and in Chennai campus you can get Chemical Engineering,Civil Engineering,Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering,Genetic Engineering and Nano Technology.

56686 is not really a bad rank in SRMJEE and you still have a lot of options available to you.
Considering your question, I would like to tell you CSE cutoff for different campuses for the year 2018:-
1) SRM Chennai:- 10,000
2) SRM Ramapuram:- 65,000
3) SRM Vadapalani:-68,000
4) SRM Ghaziabad:- 54,000
5) SRM Sonipat:-68,000

So, as you can see there is no probability for you to get CSE at the Chennai campus, but you sure shot have a seat at Ramapuram, Vadapalani and Sonipat campuses while it can be considered as a little chance to get CSE in Ghaziabad Campus.
