hey Alok, since you have scored good marks you have good chances of getting a goverment mbbs seat in bihar for sure.You may not get topnotch medical colleges in bihar due to high cutoff this year and for that you must need to score 600 above so you can try your luck in other colleges like IGIMS, Patna medical college, darbangha medical college etc.

if u see this then you will know that your marks is great but the adjacent rank isnt enough to give you a government medical seat. dental is definitely an option for you. i am so sorry about this. but still , keep hopes, you never know what happens. so stay positive.
