There is a good chance for you with a rank of 113 under EWS (i.e. under reserved category) to get a seat in any college that is affiliated to the University of Delhi. You should look out of the fifth or sixth list or any list beyond that. which the Univerisity of Delhi will be publishing in the time of a few more days/weeks.
