As there is nothing announced for 2018 session but as per previous year information you are not eligible for AFMC because it is mandatory to get 60% aggregate in PCBE in first attempt only as students giving improvement cannot go for AFMC admission.

AFMC is conducting its Admission to MBBS/BDS Courses through NEET UG. But the AFMC Criteria for it as 12th Percentage is as follows,

For all catergories 60 % in twelfth standard.

Merit list and admission into afmc will be decided on ur neet rank and ToELR score. So try to secure good rank as possible. Details of ToELR is given in the link below.
