As you have not mentioned your category, I assume it is General Category. You can also try for admission through All India Quota (AIQ). The cut off marks for AIQ in 2018 was 550 and above. The cut off marks change every year and therefore, can increase as well as decrease. For All India Quota counselling, you can try for admission in colleges in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, etc. 

Overall, you have a good chance of admission in government colleges under AIQ counselling as well as under state quota counselling.
