Hello . As per my research, you can definitely check for Biotechnology branch as its cuttoff is 59129. Kindly check with the website that will give you a proper list.

Other branch cuttoff are really higher. And I feel that you won't be eligible for those except biotechnology.

Its better you keep other colleges in hand and dont stick to one.

CBIT offers seats through management quota, JEE Mains ranks and also through EAMCET ranks. If you have good marks in any of the two . You have fair chances to get in .  It depends on the branch you choose .
