For B.tech in NSUT, IGDTUW and DTU a candidate must have passed with Mathematics, Physics and chemistry with minimum 60% marks and must have a valid JEE main paper 1 score.
For B tech in IIIT-D a candidate must have passed 10+2 with minimum 70% marks in best 5 subjects including Mathematics, Physics and chemistry and and must have 70% or more in mathematics. Must have valid JEE main paper 1 score.

If you are applying for B.tech then you are not eligible since you have not fulfilled the eligibility criteria.
