Your KCET rank is based 50% on PCM score of  puc and 50% on your score in the test. Your KCET score is quite good, however your poor board performance will affect your ranking. Your rank may be about 12k with these scores.

KCET rank is calculated on the basis of the candidate's 10+2 aggregate and the score of the entrance exam. Although you have score a very good score in the exam but because your 12th aggregate is very low it will have a bad effect on your overall rank moreover your category also plays an important role here. As you do not mentioned your category here I'am assuming you to be a student of general category so you'll get a rank aorund 10k with these marks.
