It's seems impossible for you to get any seats in the central and state government institutions.

But you can take admission in some private institutions or deemed universities.

Unfortunately your percentile is very low for a general category student, hence you won't get the NIT Patna even with your home state advantage.

For a general category student one must score a percentile around 97.5+ in order to ensure a seat in any nit. For better nits and better branches the percentile should be more tha 98.5+

Below that you won't get into any of the nits or iiits.
