Now if we try to find the rank on the percentile you have mentioned by the help of some previous year cutoff then we will find that your rank will lie somewhere between 378510 - 425500.

You should note that the actual rank and predicted rank can vary slightly as it depends on various factors.
Now as you have mentioned that you are Gen-PWD then for Gen-PWD you can get any NITs with the rank you have mentioned. Though you may not get CSE in top NITs but you have chance to get CSE in many of the available NITs.
I could not mention all the NITs cutoff for Gen-PWD but you can check each by yourself.
