According to the marks youhave obtained in higher secondary it is quite difficult to obtain a seat in VIVA college considering the level of competition to obtain seats there. Your higher secodary marks are quite low although you are eligible to apply for seats. Anyways you can try applying for admissions in this college. Do not only aim for top colleges and apply for counselling in medium order colleges to obtain a seat.
