I can understand that this year despite of scoring such a high score you get such a  rank but this shows that how much the competetion is rising and also the cutoff is going to rise so much high .

Yes  you will get a seat via this quota in the Maharshtra state . As The no of seat have increased this year in most medical collage and also the seats have not increased by including of JIPMER and AIIMS in NEET.

The NEET ALL India Rank (AIR) as the deciding factor for admission to undergraduate courses in the medical and dental colleges across India. Thus, a score of 600+ becomes essential for students to get an MBBS or BDS seat in the country's topmost colleges.

The cut off is the minimum rank till which admission is acceptable. Maharashtra MBBS 2020 Cut Off will be released on the official website State Common Entrance Test Cell and Directorate of Medical Education Research.

The cut-off Maharashtra MBBS admission 2020 will be released for 85% state quota seats and 15% All India Quota seats, separately. The cut off will be different for different colleges.

If we take overall college ranking cut off in NEET at Maharashtra it's between 600-450 approximately.

As you have scored 607 marks it is a very good marks we can apply for MBBS seats there are chances of getting top most college for your marks, but don't neglect other colleges apply other too for safer side.

You have got good score. You have not mentioned your category. So you will be considered as general category candidate. With 607 in neet you have good chances of getting a medical seat in government college under state quota. Which college you will get depends upon cut off of the college. Cut off depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam and previous years cut off.

Neet mbbs cut off Maharashtra 70% state quota seat

Vidharbha marathwada and rest of Maharashtra 501

ACPM Medical College, Dhule 501

Ashwini rural Medical College and hospital , kumbhari    490

Byramjee jeejeeboy government Medical College, Pune   604

This analysis is based on previous year's cut off trend. Cut off changes every year. Hence with 607 neet score you may get seat in above mentioned colleges.
