Yes  you will get a seat via this quota in the Maharshtra state . As The no of seat have increased this year in most medical collage and also the seats have not increased by including of JIPMER and AIIMS in NEET.

Cut off depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam and previous years cut off.
