As you did not mentioned which category you belong to it is difficult to predict.

But whichever category you belong to, with 60k rank you hold almost nil chances of admission for CSE branch in CMR.

But the cut off changes from year to year depending on various factors.

You can try in some other colleges or you can opt for management quota seats if you can afford or join in other branches in CMR.
