Hii.Your percentile is bit less.As per the previous year cutoffs and the fact that you belong from ST category you have a good chance of getting medium ranked NITs but you might have to compromise with the branch .If you are interested in CSE or ECE you can get  lower ranked NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Raipur, NIT Uttarakhand, NITs from North-east,etc.You can check Colleges on https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor

62 percentile in JEE mains translates to around 7500 rank in ST Category, which is very far greater to fetch you a seat in any of NITs, but there are some GFTIs that you can get a seat in:-
1) Mizoram University:- EE, CSE,ECE,IT
2) HNB Gharwal University, Srinagar:- IT, ECE, ICE
3) Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology:- Mechanical, ICE, Chemical, Food Technology
4) National Insitute of foundry and Forge technology:- Metallurgy Engineering, Manufacturing processes
5) Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwa Vidyalaya, Bilaspur:- Chemical, IPE

Yes you can expect the good college but you can't expect the NIT and iiit if you try you can get into the iiit and that to somewhat difficult
But other than nit and iiit you can opt for best and good college for sure
