As you have mentioned that you have secured 62k rank in ts eamcet and taking into consideration that you belong to general category so let me tell you that your rank is a bit low to get decent colleges.

So, I would recommend to keep other private colleges as a backup like comedk,vit vellore, SRM University etc. Furthermore the cut offs depends on certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs difficulty level of the paper.
