First off, the University of Delhi takes admission based on your 12th marks and it has nothing to do with your 10th marks. See,most of the colleges have very high cutoff,sometimes,as high as 98 percent or above. So,your chances even in the subsequent cutoffs ade are low. You can apply for DU SOL.

Delhi university uses 12th class for their admission in regular courses as well as for SOL. As your 12 class % quite low in compare to the cut off list. You can apply for SOL later on or you can search for different universities.
