I got 64% in 12th cbse from general category. Can I eligible for zee-main 2018 or get any NIT colleges?

As per jee main rule, those students who had secured 70% in 12th they only qualify for the jee mai councilling.
For SC/ST it's 65%

As far mentioned in josaa business rules..
.
One of the criteria for admission to NITs/IIITs/Other participating GFTIs is
that the candidate should satisfy atleast one of these two criteria:
(i) The candidate is within the category-wise top 20 percentile of
successful candidates in their respective Class XII (or equivalent)
examination of respective stream and Board.
(ii) The candidate has secured minimum 75% (for GEN or OBC-NCL) or
minimum65%(forSC,STorPwD) of aggregate marks in the Class XII (or
equivalent) examination of respective stream and Board.
