As you have mentioned you get 64percentile in jee mains paper 2 so if maharashtra lie in your home state quotq then your sc category is valid and you will nice colleges  like , singhad college ,Dy patial e.t.c. ,but if you are not from maharastra then there may be difficulites in getting colleges.
