First of all hearty congratulations for this achievement, you managed to secure a decent rank.

Now coming to your question, as you have not mentioned about home state quota or something else so am not considering it. According to your statement you have scored 64 percentile in JEE Main 2020 and your CRL rank is 383702 and under SC catagory rank is 26672, keeping your SC category rank in mind I must say that you will not get NIT in that case. Provided you have home state quota, your chances of getting NIT under SC category rank will increase.

Neverthless you may check the different NITs cutoff using this link: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/nits-cutoff-for-top-btech-branches

If you are not getting NIT, nothing to panic. You can still try for other best colleges. For that you can refer to Career 360 college predictor tool to get the best college out there for you based on your rank. Hello,

Hope you are doing well.

On the basis of your rank obtained there seems very less chances of yours to get a seat in top NIT's. The rank you obtained does not come under the closing rank required to get a seat in top NIT's when compared with previous years closing rank. But if we see lower NIT's there are chances you may get a seat  on the category rank obtained . You can also visit the link below to see previous year closing rank of different NIT:

Hello,

Congratulations for qualifying the exam. As per last year's cutoff for NITs, there are less chances of getting a seat. I will suggest you to go for other state counselings like M.P, Punjab, Maharashtra, Haryana, etc. and  get into your desired stream.
