According to Admission process of Delhi University , School open Learning, minimum 50% are required in xii board. So you will get admission with 65% in DU ,SOL.

The school of open Learning , Delhi University will release the DU SOL 2020 admissions notification in second week of June. Registration will start in second week of june for both ug and PG courses.
