Hello Ashwin. I hope you are in good health. You mentioned you have secure 65 percentile in JEE Main 2021 and that you belong to OBC category.

Well, being an OBC candidate, 92 percentile or more (and 89 percentile or more, in case of newer branches of NITs)  is required to be on the safe side of admission in NITs. In terms of marks, for candidates from the General Category  89.7 marks is required and for OBC-NCL category candidates, 75.3 marks is required.

Based on your percentile you have low chance to get admission to any of the branches  of NIT.

You have mentioned that you have got 65 percentile in jee main and belong to obc category.  With this percentile it is difficult to get in best nit colleges . But you can try for private engineering colleges.
