Hope you are doing well. Since you have not mentioned the exam, I am assuming it is JEE MAINS.

Now JEE Mains is a nation wide exam and so the cut-offs for government colleges are very high. So with your percentile in spite of your reservation, it is very unlikely that you get a government college.

However, nothing is certain and so you can still try through the JoSAA rounds and if by any chance you get admission, well and good.
