my jee rank is around 4 lakh with 62.18 percentile, I am from madhya pradesh , can I get any government college or semi government college for btech from cs or it branch in mp category - general ews

Unfortunately no your rank is very poor you won't get any government or semi government college with this rank of your, though there are many govt college who can take you in mp but those are not reputed college and hemce you won't secure your career, hence I would suggest you to take a drop and try to score around 93+ percetile in jee mains in order to get a good college.
