According to previous year trends you need under 5K rank for CSE branch in category 1 , under 10K rank for category 2 and under 20K rank for category 3 or 4. So you have a chance of getting CSE in category 2. The tuition fees for category 2 is around 2.35 LPA. You can get CSE in VIT Vellore main branch or VIT Chennai branch if you are comfortable to pay the required fees.
