For NEET you must have to score More then 50% in PCB overall for general and for SC/ST it's 4t%. As per your above mentioned score you have more then 50% in PCB so you are eligible for appearing in NEET and AIIMS as well. For AIIMS 50% In PCB and overall 60% is required and as per your score your are eligible to appear.
