The cut off marks of GATE for the each trade is more or less change in every year.

Basically it is depend on the number of students allotted in the examination.

With 66 marks you have the chances in IITs. Basically as per the last years result have to do 30.

see every year cutoff score changes and it depends on factors like question difficulty level, number of participants , seat matrix etc, see your score is really good, you have decent chances for nits and iit guwahati, roorkee, dhanbad, patna. however for psus calling its really depends on number of vacancy, if vacancy is large they call students upto rank 800.
