With 66.77898 percentile, you will be able to qualify for JEE Advanced, but will not be able to get any good NITs, IIITs or government colleges. Your category rank would probably be in the Twenty thousands. The April exam is still left, so don't out much pressure on yourself but start working hard and smart to get a better percentile next time.
