i got 85.9 percentile in jee mains 2019 i belong to sc category... can i get seat in any nit

With your score of 85.9 percentile you can easily get a seat at any NIT in SC category. Just make sure that you fill the correct branch and college during your counselling process. Otherwise you will miss the chance to get the seat. Just check the previous year cutoffs or closing ranks of the NITs. I hope you have got the point.

For this percentile you will have your category rank in 8000-8700. For this rank you will not be able to get seat in NITs, but can get seat in IIITs and GFTIs like- IIITDM karnool, IIIT surat, vadodra, dharwad, ranchi, bhopal, una , bhagalpur etc.

GFTIs like- grukul kangri haridwar, assam university, tezpur university, saint longwal, jk institute..
