Hope you are doing well!! As ASTU have released the merit list and the counseling process will start from 10th of june and according to the merit list you are eligible for the counseling. But your rank is bit high but then also you are eligible for 1st phase of counseling, if there remains any free seat then you can get a government college under CEE. Further you can check the counseling details from the given link below. Hope these will help you.
