In CEE exam 2019 i got 2212 rank st (p) n my total mark is 83 . Is there any chance get a govt engineering college like aec or jec?

Assam Science and Technology University, Guwahati will conduct Assam CEE 2019 a combined entrance examination for admission to various undergraduate engineering programs in member institutions.Assam CEE 2019 will facilitate admission to around 1200 UG engineering seats in participating institution.
The ST(P) cutoff for Assam CEE is around 44 marks
But cutoff marks for AEC and JEC is around 99 and 95. So according to your marks you won't be getting these.
