My CEE 2019 rank is 2087 and my marks is 86 . I belong obc. Can I chance in govt. College.

As per your rank you secured a good rank and as you have said you belong to OBC category, on that rank you can get a government college, most probably you will get Jorhat engineering college (JEC) or Joehat Institute of science and technology (JIST). Hope you get a good college.
