Hello Student, 

Let me first clear that  general category goes around 30-35% of total marks.

Even if we consider the EWS, that will be implemented for the first time, a general candidate needs at least 75 marks. 

But, still with a score of 67 marks if you are a general category student it's hard to get into any IITs.
