You can apply for the form but you will not get any college for economics with this percentage because your percentage is too low, usually one may need around 92% to get a college of DU for the economics but due to the spike of percentage this year the cutoff will also touch the sky. You can't even thing about any of the DU college if your percentage is less than 95% so the chances for you is equals to nil, Better if you choose another college to pursue your degree.
