Your Rank is Low As per the last year cutoff..still you can take a chance for State quota NIT..But your chances are low.

please go through link & Find last year NIT cutoffs for all the field..Find your place that where you stand.

With the rank which you have got it is very less likely to get an admission into a good NIT if u don't have any reservations.Hence it would be a bit better if you try for a home state NUT so that home state quota would be helpful.Hence I conclude by telling that the probability is very less.Thank You.
