I can provide you the COMEDK 2018 cutoff ranks of NIE, Mysore for General Category candidates, so you can get a better idea.

In 2018, after Round 2-

Cutoff Rank (CSE)- 5,673

Cutoff Rank (ECE)- 10,151

Cutoff Rank (ISE)- 8,961

Cutoff Rank (Mechanical)- 17,334

Yes, you can get ISE in the second round.
