The qualifications you have stated here it won't make you eligible for a government college. You can try for government college in your domicile as they keep reservation for state quota and you can get an admission. It will be kind of risky so better to keep security i.e. give the options for private colleges too where you can go for studies and you are comfortable.

You can improve yourself and develop your skills also. Private colleges also provide quality education to students which make them get a job in the real world.
