As you have mentioned that you scored 68.8% in cbse 12th boards. With this percentage it is not possible for you to take admission in any of the north campus colleges in DU. As you belong to minority category but the previous years cutoff for minority category was least gone to 85% in north campus. The admission is also based on the course which you want to pursue.
